Synopsis/description:
 
This is a "minimal preparation necessary" curriculum for clinical supervisors to lead their supervisees through thought provoking supervision sessions in a group or individual capacity.  The curriculum covers therapy basics, the risky side of therapy, therapy skills, and handouts for your supervisees to feel confident and competent in their work with clients.  This curriculum is written in a way that equips supervisors with 15 standalone sessions with their supervisors. It is ideal for creating and cultivating authentic processing amongst new and seasoned clinicians alike.
